- The Envirothane range has a low odour and low VOC rating and is used when GreenStar Certification is required.
- Always use epoxy as the primer or undercoat on concrete when a polyurethane finish is required. This is because the polyurethanes are less tolerable of the high pH (alkaline) level of concrete.
- Polyurethane coatings are flexible, whereas an epoxy tends to be more rigid and brittle.
- Anti-slip media can be added for slip resistance.

Envirothane E8476
Water based clear 2 pack polyurethane coating, with gloss, 30% satin or 10% matt finish for showrooms, schools, supermarkets, food prep areas, external walkways, arcades and walkways, drive-throughs, storage areas, workshops and labs. A very popular finish for polished concrete and flake floors. A gloss level up to 92% can be achieved. Low VOC for GreenStar projects.
Envirothane E8480
Water based clear and coloured 2 pack premium fluoropolymer urethane coating, with gloss, 30% satin or 10% matt finish. Used especially as a non-sacrificial anti-graffiti coating and has extremely high chemical resistance for laboratories etc. Very hard wearing for floors and excellent UV resistance. Low VOC for GreenStar projects.
Vitrethane V638
Solvent based clear 2 pack gloss and 30% satin polyurethane. It is the most hard wearing of the polyurethane coatings and is used for showrooms, schools, supermarkets, food prep areas, external walkways, arcades and walkways, drive-throughs, storage areas, workshops and labs. A very popular finish for polished concrete and flake floors. Low VOC rating for GreenStar projects.
